EMERGENCY SERVICE: Twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, including holidays - performed by expert technicians, with special emergency response as you may require; normally within two (2) hours.

CENTRIFUGAL CHILLER/ABSORPTION CHILLER SERVICES:Annual, Semi-Annual minor and major services, oil sampling and Lithium Bromide sampling with laboratory analysis, and non-desctructive Eddy current tube testing.

VIBRATION ANALYSIS, ULTRASOUND ANALYSIS, OIL ANALYSIS, INFARED ANALYSIS: State of the art diagnostic equipment for predictive maintenance and troubleshooting.

CONTROLS: Special technical staff to help with repair, installation and maintenance of pneumatic, electric, and DDC controls for Johnson Controls, Robertshaw, Andover, Barber Coleman, Powers, Honeywell, etc.

REFRIGERATION: For food and beverage service including: cafeterias, restuarants, concession stands and large freezers.

S.C.A.Q.M.D.: Equipment leak check refrigerant audits by our certified auditor. We offer both technical and equipment support for refrigerant recovery, pursuant to Rule 1415, and new and pending E.P.A. regulations, including oil disposal. In addition, we offer manufacturer retrofit equipment which will meet or exceed S.C.A.Q.M.D./E.P.A. guidelines, such as purifier purge units and other models, rupture disk refrigerant loss preventation systems such as rupture guard, transfer guard, and O² (oxygen) sensor systems.

ROOFTOP PACKAGE UNIT (H.V.A.C.) SERVICES: These services, including emergency service and maintenance programs, tailored to meet your facility needs.

AIR HANDLERS, FANS, PUMPS, AND COOLING TOWERS: Annual, Semi-Annual and Quarterly services are available.

RETROFIT: Replace older, inefficient systems with modern, energy efficient air conditioning equipment/systems, Package Units, Chillers, Air Handlers, Cooling Towers, and pumps. Furthermore, we install Chiller Retrofits for conversion to the new refrigerants, R-123 and 134a.

PROACTIVE PREDICTIVE MAINTENANCE PROGRAM: An extension of current preventative maintenance program to include budget analysis.

TRAINING CLASSES: On site technical training by credentialed instructor to help assist your building's facility personnel.

PLANT MONITORING SYSTEMS: Computer based monitoring systems maintained on site to make your system work at peak efficiency, plus troubleshoot problem areas.

EQUIPMENT PARTS: All major brands of service parts are available for our customer needs which include Trane, Carrier, York, McQuay, Lennox, Payne, etc.

FACILITY SUPPORT PERSONNEL: Our Company provides both technical and service support to help compliment your technicians/engineers.

FACILITY SURVEYS: A complete survey of your existing systems which may include Chillers, Package H.V.A.C. Units, Air Handlers, Fans, Cooling Towers, Reciprocating Compressors, etc. to include a comprehensive report.

AIR FILTRATION: We carry the latest technology in Air Filtration methods and material, to meet new and updated building clean air standards.
