• Retrofit existing with more efficient systems. Complete upgrades to "Hartman Loop" configuration for maximum efficiency to a .39kw per ton goal.
• Free cooling upgrade to existing chiller plant to capture low ambient temperature and reduce chiller run time to reduce Kwh usage.
• Vibration Analysis is another tool we use to fine tune your chiller plant and reduce Kwh waste.
• Eddy Current Analysis of your chiller plant condenser and evaporator tubes to be performed every 3 years to assure tube integrity and max heat exchange to assure max efficiencies.
• Infrared analysis of contactors and starter panels to locate hot spots to prevent premature failure and maintain max efficiencies.
• S.C.A.Q.M.D.: Equipment leak check refrigerant audits by our certified auditor. We offer both technical and equipment support for refrigerant recovery, pursuant to Rule 1415, and new and pending E.P.A. regulations, including oil disposal.
