Reliability Assured Maintenance System Analysis
Ram-1:Tri-Service-Scope of work
- Perform SCAQMD rule 1415/EPA rule 608 required leak test utilizing electronic testing equipment
- Perform oil analysis utilizing an independent Quality Assurance Laboratory (It is recommended by most manufacturers not to change oil, but to perform a trend analysis)
- Perform refrigeration analysis
- Perform vibration testing and analysis
- Perform infrared temperature scanning of the following:
Bearings on open drive motors
MCC starter panel
Control panel
- Perform ultrasonic testing and analysis
- Check and calibrate operating and safety controls
- Check incoming line voltage using digital oscilloscopes to determine condition of incoming power
- Change oil filter
- Provide a detailed written report on all findings and conditions

Ram-3:Tri-Service-Scope of work

- Provide a detailed written report on all findings and conditions
- Change drier cores on new purge systems if applicable Upon completion of each Tri-Service, a complete analysis report will be given on tests performed above. Report will consist of graphs, charts, data, and analysis of information. Test equipment is state-of-the-art IRD Vibration, Infrared, and Ultrasonics plus Flue 105-B Oscilloscope all with diagnostics software packages for 1998. Our Technicians are factory trained and are experienced in systems and analysis.
